@brushstroke3733 just wanted to add that if you live in the UK then volunteering to work in your local green spaces, farms and outdoor activity centres can be really rewarding especially in the summer.

Non attention seeking people simply block the number. Have you tried that?

He actually repeats words/stutters in replacement of “uh” and “um”. Listen closely and you can hear he does say “and… and” or “I… I”. He says it very quickly but doing this actually serves the same purpose as saying “um” or “uh”. It’s called a filler word or vocalised pause.

Emotionally mature people have bad and sad moments. Not days. Emotions are suppose to be fleeting. Hence why the word motion is part of it. Feelings like grief may last weeks however there can still be moments of joy and happiness within that grief

People think may think they are thriving, but they certainly aren’t. Only a few prosper

im not a gamer but im a fan of his channel too. i first watched his interview he did with a murderer and found it very impactful.

You're literally using social media right now 😂

It's not a US problem. It impacts the UK, Canada, South America especially Mexico, Australians and Carribbeans. All of these nations have similiarish diets to Americans.. Cereal for breakfast, sandwich with processed meat for lunch, sugar or salty meat dish for dinner, snacks of junk food in-between

@777Pattie yes you can. It's called getting a mediator. Literally thousands of people have one. Once again. Looks like you're seeking attention instead of actually setting up a plan to ensure you don't have to speak to the person again. My mum didn't speak to my dad for years yet we had a mediator (my nan). Use some common sense
4
Try brushing your teeth about an hour after your last meal. That's what I do. It's a deterrent for eating again after
4
@Peekaboo-Kitty they don't. People say "Europe" like it applies to all European countries. It' doesn't lol
4
the intro is ridiculous. did u have to do that
3
Invite Sam Vaknin on. Someone who is an actual expert, works as a professor and actually has personality disorder!
3
My friend bought psychedelics from Dr porassss and ended up in A&E with a collapsed lung
3
@PathwaysOfZen that makes no sense 😂. The way YouTube has worked for years is that you have a subscribers page and a home page. The two algorithms are separate. So basically you only use the homepage and you have 0 people in your subscriber page. The two aren’t linked.
3
And buy any herbs and seasonings in the Asian or African supermarket. If you have one near you. Usually much cheaper than supermarkets

@ good guess

Drs: sitting is bad School: you have to sit down from the age of 5-18 untill you leave school 💀
2
@777Pattie yes u can. Have you never heard of a mediator? You are aware thousands of parents don't speak to their exes but they still see the child? Attention seeker. Get a mediator. Pretty simple

I think his point is that in order to engage with a charity like yours, it’s essential to start with self reflection, stop victimizing oneself, and take action. For some, it takes looking within to truly develop compassion for ourselves. Without that reflection, we might never feel motivated to engage with something like your charity. To effectively participate in a charity or any cause, one needs self belief and hope. It’s about changing the way we think, recognising that we have the power to make a difference in our lives and in the lives of others. You can’t change your behaviour sustainably without changing your thoughts. Certain environments can change thoughts but generally speaking people find themselves in the same environments. A trip to the beach may give you hope for a day but it’s not gonna rewire your neural pathways. Compassion towards oneself is self serving. So is charity. Surely you work for a charity for your own needs and desires?

It's not a competition

I always had a weird feeling about johan. When u look through his Wikipedia you can see how many times this guy has been caught out lying and infringing other copyright. Does anything original ever come out of johans mouth? He seems like a salesman and a salesman only
2
@Bomber411 have you tried eating less food
2
i always forget mexico is north america lol
2
@pelicanvibe well they do view it as normal. its lawful to hit a child in England as long as you dont leave a mark (bruise). its the most backwards law in the world. imagine any other law of assault where u could lawfully hit someone as long as it doesn't leave evidence! its a twisted reality. you can only say what youre saying on the day that all assault against all humans becomes unlawful. i agree that things are better now than 30 years ago. still not good enough
2
Do you use a specific app to track?
1
@vt6653 "because it's meant to be sacred". Who told you that and why don't humans accept that these concepts in your head are literally just stories you keep repeating. None of what you said is based on what actually happens and all you're doing is putting language to something you don't actually understand. Human mistake

Here to sell his shite book

Yes I found that odd cos after Steve said average protein intake in UK is about 70g yet most people in the UK are overweight to my knowledge? It doesn't seem to add up when average height and weight is taken into consideration @Cha053ngine
1
“dialed-down or dialed-up version of themselves” Isn’t that an oxymoron? How can someone be a “version” of themselves but still the same? The concept of being “dialed up” or “dialed down” while also being different versions seems contradictory. Additionally, what you’re suggesting is not entirely accurate when it comes to personality disorders. People with personality disorders, such as NPD, exhibit rigid and inflexible behaviors, making them more likely to present the same way across different environments. This lack of flexibility is why pervasiveness is a key criterion in diagnosing personality disorders. While some people might find certain environments like a job or friendship stress free and therefore not exhibit toxic responses, unhealthy narcissism tends to be rigid and inflexible. As a result, these traits usually manifest regardless of the context.
1
@ yeah well i guess your point is you was making a compliment for not having that trait but he does have it. never mind, next time u may make better observations
1
Exactly 😂 I only started tracking macros last year. On average I was getting about 40g protein a day.! Now I get about 100g a day. I'm 5'8 and 98kg.
1
I also lost weight and gained muscle. I was stuck at a weight loss plateau. When I started eating more protein I started to lose weight. I

@TheAleksandros interested to know why you can’t just ignore the age and still apply the advice? That’s what I do. I got a board game that says “age 6-13”… doesn’t mean I can’t play it. Are you sure he is the one with limiting beliefs? He is also a business man and he is just marketing his work to appeal to the audience which is the most engaged and easily influenced. It’s not very easy to influence older generations.
1
Most people listen to podcasts whilst doing other things. You don't have to sit down and watch it like it's TV.
1
its not old. this is his second time on this pod. @yeahno2466

Rude. She is at menopause age. Completely normal to have more fat at this time on life.

@JointAccount-ht2bq do u want a medal

This is not true and based on unscientifical American rubbish. There are plenty of people with NPD who are aware of their narcissistic traits. There’s even some here on YouTube who are open about their disorder. What u said is not fact or science.

@timg6176 thank u! I’m glad someone is knowledgable enough to know this.

@davidstevens3934 it's objectively and lawful entirely relevant.

I gave her £5000 and she stole it from me. 🚫

And Hinduism is just packaged common sense.
1
No offence but he does it cos it works. He has a team of people who analyse the results from everything they do. Just cos it’s your 50th time here doesn’t mean he doesn’t get new viewers everyday
1
your world. my world is full of beauty and opportunity
1
simon is such a down to earth person
1
@JennyY-y1t because you have common sense and a brain. Okay u said is the equivalent of saying ugly people should be treated to a lesser standard than others. If your e doing it consciously then it's you who is discriminating. If you're not doing it consciously then become aware of your behaviour. Judgment is a normal human trait, what you do and how you respond to the judgement is up to you and part of your personality can be changed
1
@patriciaclay7775 I want to lose 50lb rather than I need to. Your language and how u speak to yourself is important. As mentioned the way cortisol acts in your body can make it hard to lose weight. So if you talk to yourself more positively then you will probably lose it 'easier' @patriciaclay7775
