  6. Suggestion: When he cries, force yourself to hear his cry as a song, find the melody and rhythm of his cry. Really get into it and turn your TV down for a bit and just pay attention to the song of his cry. At first it will annoy you but eventually it will start to become fun. I had issues with noise for years (misophonia) and this is one of the ways I learnt to manage it
