Cereal for breakfast, sandwich with processed meat for lunch, sugar or salty meat dish for dinner, snacks of junk food in-between

  5. @patriciaclay7775 I want to lose 50lb rather than I need to. Your language and how u speak to yourself is important. As mentioned the way cortisol acts in your body can make it hard to lose weight. So if you talk to yourself more positively then you will probably lose it 'easier' ​ @patriciaclay7775
