  1. I highly recommend reading The Mask of Masculinity by Lewis Howes. Great book about everything you just mentioned. Im a woman and its one of my favourite books.

  2. all the more reason to challenge those beliefs. read the book called psycho cybernetics by dr Maxwell Maltz. its a book about body image and how to challenge those beliefs. as someone who is not deemed attractive, the book really helped me become more confident. now i feel sexy lol
