@TheSaival I told my therapist about Dr K and he said the videos are great. My therapist is highly skilled working with severe personality disorders and helped me get back into work and other stuff

U should read the book called 'boarding school syndrome'. Not suggesting Dr K went boarding school but the whole "this person is privileged therefore is unrelatable" is really a weak argument and u say as a way to feel superior in your own self loathing . We've all been there. I come from poverty

@joshuaadams5295 makes no sense. Therapists don't put their personal info out there for you to assess. How would you know anything about their lifes? Interview them?

Why? He is just a human. Wtf is he supposed to do, suppress everything and be fake. also some therapists do negative transference on purpose to see how you react. Nothing wrong with that
