  2. kebab isnt actually that unhealthy when u buy from decent turkish resturaunt. i lost 3 stone in 1 year and the main takeaways i had was shish kebab with bulgar wheat and salad. Nandos. Grilled chicken wings. Chicken salads.... so you can still eat takeaway when on weight loss journey. You just cant eat sugary things or things that lack nutrition cos thats just gonna leave you hungry. eat more fibre and protein and u will feel full. Chips are also fine if you oven fry/ air fry them at home. but potatoes are calorific. 100g of white potato is about 118kcal. (McDonalds UK medium fries is about 114g). Then you need to add some oil which can almost double the calories unless you are very conservative with it
