  1. Bulgaria has so much mineralized mountain spring water, they have taps everywhere for people to just fill up with free water. Some of these natural sources are naturally carbonated too. (You can buy it prebottled in stores, and it’s crazy cheap, 2 liters cost like a dollar.) Have the cheap Sodastream machine for a while, that CO2 canister seems to last a LONG time as I haven’t had to replace it yet, but we did need to replace the bottle (it has an expiration date!)
