  1. Here in NY a long running cow’s milk dairy Elmhurst shut down, and reopened as a fully plant based “dairy”. Never really bought theirs since I just use Silk soy milk, though not to drink (yuck), but it’s a great substitute for cow stuff in recipes (which I can no longer tolerate.)
