I hope it’s a fake and not a real leak… because that means what we all feared is more real, the court is no longer neutral and is more an unelected and for life wing of whichever political party can appoint the most justices in 4 or 8 years. Mitch McConnell stealing a seat from Obama for months because it was an election year, but then shoving Trump’s 3rd pick through days before the next election was hypocritical, but also diabolical. That move got 3 conservative seats filled in less than 4 years. He may as well be waving around a red lightsaber and saying “I am the Senate!”
