  4.  @okegom_228  Russia leaves, honoring the 1990s deal that set the international boundary for Ukraine as well as recognizing its sovereignty (this includes joining whichever organization it wants to) and Ukraine sent back the Soviet nukes. Otherwise Russia has to give the nukes back. (And why is Ukraine joining NATO a big deal but Finland joining barely got shrug from Russia?)
