  1. Even when Ukraine (and everyone else) can get Russia to leave, it will be a husk of it’s former self for YEARS. The only possible no-fly zone would have to be run by a neutral nation (not a full NATO member) and since the UN doesn’t have an air force for peacekeeping then only idea I can think of is a Turkish Air Force enforced no-fly zone. 🤷‍♂️ (every other nation with a decent Air Force is too far away).
