  1. I’m thinking this is less an intentional thing, and more a sloppy job of clearing away the end of a Presidential term. Perhaps all this classified stuff should be reviewed, then removed to the archive ASAP, not at the end of the term when everything is being boxed up and taking away. Less confusion. Trump of course stole all his documents, and that’s why he was trying to hide them from the government.
