  2. It never works though, since the importer pays the tariff, then passes the cost along to the consumer. And even if they did move factories back here, they’d automate as much as possible to avoid paying a fair wage.

  5. Trump DID sign a new trade agreement with Canada and Mexico just a few years ago… I guess he forgot about them, but sure it was Biden that had dementia.
