  1. Considering China is back where everyone else was 2 years ago, yes. Then again if we did lockdown world travel 2 years ago, this might have been easier to contain. (30 days no one moves, if you’re an American over there, you can’t leave, but any expenses will be compensated. After 30 days travel will restart on a national caseload by case load basis.)
