  2.  @mauriciolizarbe4835  I do believe this will only hurt poor Russians, The wealthy will not feel this as hard since they still have assets in Russia… and sadly the poor aren’t going to start a revolution and overthrow Putin… to many in Russia just shrug, say it is what it is and believe there’s no point in putting yourself out there only to be caught and thrown in prison (or worse) for decades.
