  3.  @greatestytcommentator  USSR’s legacy on the ground is pretty much a shitshow, access to the EU common market will slowly improve things (I’ve seen both sides of this visiting Bulgaria with my USSR born wife. She is VERY anticommunist and is ashamed of Putin’s Russia.)
