  1. Russia is lashing out like a petulant child… they were trying to intimidate, or even kill the Secretary General for “daring” to visit Kyiv and daring to complain about them abusing their veto power.

  2. They need to change the UN Charter… and that requires a Security Council vote… I think all 5 would veto anything that removes their veto power.
