  2. The 1st Amendment protects from GOVERNMENT suppression of free speech, private citizens and all businesses (being public on the stock market doesn’t change this) aren’t covered! That’s why you can be sued for slander or libel. (and even the government protection is limited, you can’t yell “Fire” in a crowded theater and cause a panic.)
