Not sure about the UK, but in America there’s HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) a Federal law protecting medical records. A person must sign a waiver or the individual(s) that leak this information will lose their license to practice medicine. Catherine will tell us when she is good any ready... Perhaps she was treated for something that has a charity she can support.
