Of course Armenia has to take on the burden of feeding, caring for and housing what will likely be well over 100,000 people right before winter hits (the population of the area was about 120,000, I’m guessing the vast majority won’t stay if they are forced to get Azerbaijani citizenship and passports. Of course they learned this by watching what Russia did in the parts of Ukraine they took over.)
