  1. 2nd season finale of the Chris Carter series “Millennium” had a modified airborne variant of this released into the Pacific Northwest, normally that show was scary, but didn’t bother me. That episode freaks me the f—k out! Especially the ending where the main character’s wife gets sick and goes off into the forest with a pistol to die on her own terms it appears that the world is devolving into chaos as the virus spreads and it might be the apocalypse! (And then we got Season 3 where all of that was retroactively “contained” and “extremely limited to a few towns” (I think they producers expected Fox would not ask for a 3rd season.)
