  1. Putin is a destabilizing element in the region and it’s not too far a stretch to call him a state sponsor of terror considering he’s sending in mercs from Chechnya, and Syria. He’s rigged his elections so much that the CANNOT vote him out. Russian elections are Potemkin’s Elections!
