  1. That new airport design includes a brand new apron and facilities on the other side of the runway, probably to accommodate all the larger private jet traffic. But it also shrinks the commercial terminal. So who benefits more, the commercial airlines being able to squeeze in larger jets, or the FBO getting a bunch of new aircraft types?
