  1. “Hands up” and “get on the ground” means don’t reach for ANYTHING, not your bag (who takes a bag off like that? It looked too much like someone reaching for a gun in a waistband, sadly it’s taser first, ask questions later for the cops (the one time it is a gun and you don’t use a taser is the last time you won’t know what’s like to be shot.)
