  2. Every nation has an “other”, a minority part of the population which is looked down on, oppressed, vilified, etc. Go to parts of Europe and see how Roma “Gypsies” are treated or talked about. If if you get religion involved... yikes! (See Myanmar where “peaceful Buddhists” are violently treating Muslim Rohyngas).
