  1. Star Trek DS9: Weyoun (though since they are a succession of clones, some were more deserving of a slap than others.) Very smug and pretentious, has a way of talking down to people that’s just so cringeworthy. Does have a bit of comic relief, when someone has poisoned a high level official’s drink, but it was intercepted by Captain Sisko, Weyoun grabs it and drinks it, Weyoun : Oh my! That is quite toxic, isn't it? Gul Dukat : Are-you-insane? Weyoun : The Vorta are immune to most forms of poison. Comes in handy when you're a diplomat.
