Star Trek, it’s a classic, but you have to look past some rather... off things like obvious stunt doubles, or the fact that the show had a lower budget and much simpler effects compared to something like Discovery, so a lot of props were reused or repurposed, as well as effects shots of the ship or the shuttles. The HD reworking sometimes fixes these, sometimes it makes things worse (again, obvious stunt doubles)

  3. Heck you can watch a lot of old TV and point out issues like campiness or bad acting... Star Trek has lots of it (especially Kirk’s hand to hand fighting style (wall jump elbow, combat rolls galore, and that one weird chair cushion to the face), and the budget cuts for the last season really didn’t help), but it’s still a beloved show with a massive fan base.

  4. Abigail Slaughter agreed... Though he did rock a nice beard last season... but he can’t replace Chuck Norris, there is no chin under his beard, just another fist.
