  2. So the UK would tax a car like crazy, but a loop hole meant if you had 3 wheels (or 2) it was taxed like a motorcycle. And you didn’t need to get a full driving license either. The Robin was quite popular with people with not much quid to spend, and Top Gear admitted they modified that car to roll over much more easily.
