  1. Actually MULTIPLE people have gone after “Uptown Funk”, not just The Gap Band. There’s an interview with Vanilla Ice who actually has a good point, (paraphrasing)“Your song sounds like something else and is popular and making money, yeah, you’ll get sued, but if your song isn’t making money, nobody will care.”
