There were several stalled resort projects in Vegas, including the Fontainebleau/The Drew, which was topped out, but the exterior glass was never fully installed. It’s an eyesore that is going to need billions to finish, several investors tried and gave up, including Carl Icahn. Current ownership thinks it’s going to open next year, but that’s what the last owners said before COVID added even more delays.
