  2. Objection: If Poison Ivy had escaped from the Asylum under an involuntary commitment, and then caught by Batman the judge could remand her back into their custody. Also, there is the argument that because Batman exists, he is a weirdness magnet for criminals looking to take him on (best example is Joker from Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight.”
