Since it’s his first criminal case it’s probably not going to result in jail time, just fines, and probably a probation period. That phone call to the Sec. State of Georgia and his classified documents obstruction case are much more serious. And if they ever bring charges related to Jan 6, 2021, that would likely be THE biggest case against him.
