  1. Depression is dangerous, but serotonin syndrome can be lethal. Be very careful with SSRI class medicines, even an over the counter thing like melatonin, or a cold medicine with “DM” or “PM” on it, could cause problems when combined with SSRIs (you’ll need the cold medicine with pseudoephedrine which is locked behind the pharmacy counter thanks to methheads).
