Perhaps it’s like 0 Kelvin, we can get closer and closer to it in the lab (i think the coldest we’ve ever hit was like 0.0001K, but it might take an infinite amount of energy to cool something down to absolute 0K. (And things apparently get weird if you can ever hit negative Kelvin (it goes from the coldest thing possible to the hottest thing possible, very quickly.)
