This is like that time someone’s house was on fire, and the local fire department came, figured out that person didn’t pay a local fee for fire service, so the fire department just stood and watched that house burn to the ground and only acted to keep the fire away from the houses that did pay. Apparently if you aren’t a member of the NATO club, you are screwed.
