  1. I never had maple syrup until I visited Toronto, only “pancake syrup” (aka corn syrup with imitation maple “flavor”)... I was like “why have I been missing this?” 😂 My dad always said the only cocktail he liked was 7 & 7, Seagrams 7 (American blended whisky) and 7-up.
