  1. Ya when I did sales I got to where I could size up customers & if someone was high maintenance I had 3 or 4 ways to pass them off or recommend another store. You're right. 3 or 4 mins is all you need to figure out who you're dealing with & then you have less than a minute to get rid of them. If it takes longer you're not getting rid of them & youll still be there an hour later.
