In fact, the only things the so called DEEP STATE does seem to pull off well is when they hide behind 'private faces' and 'public corps.' It works a lot better if you set up a 'guy' and an 'org' off-shore and use currency manipulation from say Eastern Europe or Asia or even South America. Soros was a RESOURCE for the ClA. He's a FUNNEL that in turn streams money into other Economic streams and path-ways that go through banks that wind up going through Vanguard BlackR0K and 4 or 5 others.

Well, if it does matter HERE then it wouldn't matter anywhere else. Falsifiability is like a string you pull on both ends. Its unresolvable until the middle of the string snaps. Philosophy treats absurdities as non discontinuous non-maladies. In other words, it picks up a turd and sees a nugget made out of gold.
