  1. This drone is inhumane. I remember one documentary about PTSD in UAV operators and it seems to me that this type of drone is worse of all in that regard. The pilot always sees the very last moments of his targets and takes all the moral responsibility on himself. I think that the best "bang for the buck" scenario is surveilance drone plus artillery. In moral regard it looks more like stoning and costs a lot cheaper, similar firing range (25-35km max) and a lot more explosives with only added risc of loosing artillery itself.

Your accuracy can be calculated depending on distance, weather, cannon condition. PTSD develops regardles who you kill, the most traumatizing part is when you see people die because of your action. Only sociopaths are immune to PTSD.
