  1. Didn't they use rocks in Lagos, Nigeria for land reclamation? Oh, no, they only used it for making a wall, the rest was also filled with sand. Wasn't it a biblical parable about building a house on a firm ground and not on a sand...? I'm all for slag or some waste rocks from mining, but why don't they just expand into Malaysia or Indonesia, or land purchase from other nations is practically impossible nowadays. Hm, have anyone considered instant organized migration to East Timor or something to outnumber the locals, like every modern nation have done in the distant past.
