They had 42 nm technology in Zelenograd, from what I remember. It´s completely imported from dutch, japanese and american firms, nothing really domestic anymore. I actually wonder about their aerospace radar, like phased array antennae technology, whether they do it on their own or import as well. Sanctions cant stop their grey imports completely, they import a lot of stuff through Georgia, Vietnam, and China. For many months now their biggest Antonov cargo planes land in China go back to russia full with something. Officially chinese government says that they are "neutral". Only North Korea and Iran are ones who gives them ammunition somewhat openly, and that´s where they supposedly get chinese artillery shells and electronics for their missiles. They also had deep integration on several missile and aerospace projects with India, I think that electronic part must be identical, indian military might order some extra supposedly for themselves and find a way to smuggle them through some central asian countries or directly by sea. Just a guess about India, but they most definately can do something like that especially after watching their propaganda for some time.
