Japan has repeatedly asked to track the materials they exported for three years but they have ignored the request. As you know, North has developed nuke and shooting missiles. Moon says that S Korea will shake hands with North to beat up Japan. It is very reasonable for Japan to remove S Korea from white country to control the export of such strategic materials that could be illegally transferred to North. S Korea should not try to solve the trade issue by diplomacy but should disclose and improve their export control to prove its safety.

"Sabotage" is a violent action to destroy and damage something. Proper expression would be "protest". I do not think Korea's radiation level is dangerously high. The radiation level in Seoul is slightly higher than Tokyo but it is perfectly safe. Do not worry about it.
