@johnperic6860 You're talking about philosophy while I'm talking about architecture, which is the subject of the video. In the field of architecture, there is a specific period that's called "Modern." It does NOT include Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts, etc. and it's been this way for a century. Your informal usage of "modern," as it concerns architecture but is actually more about philosophy, is so vague, ambiguous, and subjective that one could spend a lifetime debating what it does and does not include. So yes, Postmodern isn't Modern, but it can be "modern" if you're using the informal and subjective definition. That's why I prefer to stick to official definitions and why you keep chasing your tail. Feel free to write another book tho.
