In any time honored tradition, it's not okay to call yourself a guru, an earth angel, an alien, etc. Those are titles to be bestowed upon you by great and wise spiritual leaders. From honored Ayahuasca ceremonies, to tibetan monks. They do not self shaman, self guru, or anything like that. And when asked about it, do not hesitate to give credit to their teachers. Always beware of the self shaman, the self guru. Pay attention to their words, how they claim to get their information. Pay attention to who they thank for their gifts. If they even thank anyone at all... Ask them how they feel about things that are out of our control like genetic disabilities. Do they feel the sick children are being punished for a past life? Or do they see someone who struggles and we need to show compassion for? Ask yourself these and . more when approaching a self proclaimed "shaman" or "guru".

@michaeljosephjackson2364 Osho was also an egomaniacal maniac who drugged and took advantage of people... No, it's not clever or cool to claim that man was positive. Just look at his victims families. That's the exact kind of mentality we need stronger vanguards against.

@wheathusk2499 .... That's a real simplified version of Hinduism.... In Hinduism, yes we are all sleeping gurus in our own right. But that is why people dedicate themselves to a practice. To unlock their inner guru, and they are always greatfull, to the guru's and wise men who came before them, and helped them pierce that veil. She has not offerd any such thanks to prior guru's, nor talked about her work or how her path of inner recognition came around. Instead, she claims it was all the work of herself, extra dimensional beings, and aliens....

@jmarch_503 I think one of the things we forgot, is that old religious and spiritual beliefs where so believed because they where also, scientists, physicians, and the like. Capernicus even worked directly for the christian church before they went anti science. We should take a lesson from that, and form new beliefs, from new understandings, to take us to new and exciting places in the realms of consciousness. Not stagnate in what we know, and rehashing old ideas. But embracing the changing tides and looking forward to new horizons.
