She didn't destroy the "me too" movement.
She just challenges the belief that we should believe all women and set a standard for what we should be looking for in these cases.

After this case, we can validate, or invalidate a woman's claim, if she doesn't have any real evidence, by showing if there was a pattern of abuse that took place prior.

Amber heard came forward with no credible evidence, a shakey story, and no one came forward saying "I too was abused by Jonny Depp."
Get real dude. This one case is, what we call in statistics, an isolated incident that helps us understand the rules.
Believe all victims, but don't be afraid to question the evidence.
