@JD-kp6pt it's simple. You get what you paid for. If you want the best and brightest teaching your children, pay them accordingly. If not, then, well, don't come complaining to me when you're kids think the moon is made of cheese in highschool.

@schmeahdaleah2596 what a stupid take. Haha, you get what you paid for. You want decent teachers? Treat then decently or they won't show up to work. It's pretty simple. You create incentives to attract quality candidates, so you can pick and choose who you want to represent your facility. Not scraping at the bottom of the barrel and crossing your fingers and thanking God every day someone's kid is able to understand basic algebra.
