@bereal6590 I was victimized by my mother and her manurisms match Amber Heard to a T. When they played the audio clip of her berating Jonny Depp, it reminded me of when my mom would scream at my dad. I never saw my dad hit her. Not even once. Then, at the end of their relationship, only then did he get violent. He endured everything. I'm fed up, with people not listening to those who experienced personalities like hers. The arrogant, self serving, screatching, nit picking, soul crushing things they do. There where times she drove me so bonkers I had to leave. And she would follow me. Much like Jonny described of her. What sickens me most, is that people like you, and others who see this as mutual, or Amber as the victim, ignoring, everyone who's came forward with stories like mine, and more, talking about their abuse and how ambers words and actions triggered there PTSD, just from her tone, and body language alone. Don't get me wrong. I don't think she deserves as much of the backlash that she gets. But don't ever make the mistake of putting them on equal footing. Especially around people who have witnessed her personality type, first hand.

@E Double my grandpa also served. And he told me to look out for military types who gloat about their service and act like they personally handed us freedom. No, you didn't. You had an entire squad of people to support you. Just like he did. Just like every military member did. It's an honor and a privilege to serve the country. Not a reason to gloat and discredit civilians. Maybe the military has changed since my grandpa's day though. Not the same kinda pride if that's the attitude we're seeing from vets.

@dakotaeaston9775 perhaps you don't realize what their duty is? Their primary responsibility, is supposed to be to lobby for their constituents interests. As in, the people of her area who voted for her. Party interests should always come second to policies that impact your local constituents because (big shock I know) they voted for you to have their interests in mind. That's why they are called "state representatives". Now go learn how to read and write better, maybe crack open a dictionary while you are at it, then get back to us.

You got out of the military and use it as leverage to call yourself better than the citizens you supposedly serve. My grandpa got out of the military and never forgot who he was in service to. You know, the ones who read a couple books and saw a couple documentaries, and are so in deep knowing the truth. But yet have never went to a school and calls anything that doesn't automatically align with their opinion trash. The truth is, finding answers is hard, we do need multiple voices to compete in the public eye so the best ideas can be used, if your way doesn't work you have to be man and own it. We've seen what the state of the nation is. We all know it's a complicated mess. Anyone who pretends to have all of the answers is either a liar or a cheat. Possibly both.

But you still think of yourself as among the ranks when you lead and make decisions. Because your men depend on your guidance. So you have to treat their lives as your own. @key_riggs1535 my grandpa was a Vietnam vet too. Even though he was forced to serve in a war he didn't really believe in, he took his lumps and went along because he believed in serving his country. All and all, he was a very down to earth and respectful man.

I wonder why they also put up so many road blocks to investigate things like Jan 6th? It's almost like they're trying to cover those events up so they can avoid accountability.

@harvestsmiles4915 special rights, no. But I'm also understanding of the difference between a riot and an inserection. The difference is the intention and outcome if the supposed "rioters" got their way. Riots are 60-90 days in jail. Instigating a riot is not much more. But trying to revoke an election result before any legal proceedings can take place, that is not the same intentions as being upset at police brutality no matter how different or extreme. Just in principal alone, ones righteous indignation over their community is not the same as throwing a fit because the election didn't go your way. And, when the Democrats said the election was rigged, they let the process take place, they didn't try to interfere or take back the results. They brought their concerns to court and allowed the proper dileberation to take place, and dispite the evidence they brought forward, they couldn't fina anything to keep the charges. This time around, they aren't letting the investigation team do their job, they are trying to stand in the way of any and every court ruling that doesn't sit in their favor, and even went as far to try and sue Nevada, even after a recount showed nothing would have changed the outcome.

@harvestsmiles4915 the difference in intentions is pretty cut and dry. One was righteous indignation over crimes in their community. The other was a fit, and they couldn't even wait for due process to come about to try and overturn a decision. It seems to me, that those involved in the inserection want special rights, specifically, to have that event dumbed down to a "riot" despite what their intentions where.

Because I remember the lawsuits and the evidence and it didn't seem like they had room to hide anything. Plus they got sued over finding nothing the first time around. Call me old fashioned but for me, you can't successfully sue someone without proper evidence.

People who say this are unaware of the term "Yankee doodle". Which was an insult the British used against the colonies. Only thing was, enough colonials had spent enough time from England that they forgot what a "Yankee" was. So when the British sang, "Yankee doodle" as an insult, the colonials took it as a compliment, and turned it into a phrase regarding patriotism, and later became a term describing the Northern Union. What happens if the Democrats do the same to your little "let's go Brandon" chant? What happens if that turns into slang for Patriots like Yankee did? It wouldn't be up to you, it would be up to the "libs" you are desperately trying to "own". So yes, "let's go Brandon." I am Brandon. What if the left starts calling themselves Brandon?
