  6. The court already said they can't handle such claims in court. They are just doing this to make these statements in front of the jury, and establish the claim before taking it to the official channels.

I know of female security guards from mental health centers who can wrestle a shiv from a 400 lb psych patient who thinks there's leaches on his legs, then you can potentially do it too. The problem is, not all police are trained to recover weapons from mental patients. I bet your a terf too huh?

  13. The situation was handled near perfectly. The only things I'd change, are a greater de-escalation effort, and start with tazer then switch to gun if necessary. Other than that, well done officer.

  14. She probably has boarderline personality disorder so some other for of personality disorder. Unfortunately, Americans don't take good care of mental health and it develops into situations like this.
