If you refill that hole with cement nothing will hold. What is needed is concrete. If there is no aggregate, there is little strength. Just a comment from a fussy old fart. 😂😂😂

@GusFromDaysPast Engineering is a styling afterthought.

Only has to hold until the first bolt is in. That truck won't be taken apart until heck freezes over.

Right tool for theb job. I inherited a 100 watt iron when my wife's dad pa used away. S older lugs on 1/0 welding leads no pr oblem.
4
They have all kinds of channels and drains. Big and strong enough for engine or trans teardown. Plus really handy for Halloween.
4
Thank you for chiming in with the correct information.
4
The question is can you replace the truck for what is going to be put into this? Any small sized new pickup is going to be at least 30k and won't have the usefulness of this one.
4
People forget to keep the blinker fluid topped up or put right fluid into the left one and vice versa then they cancel each other out.
4
The m8d seventy were the start of the fat ass boulevard cruisers. Emission controls, side impact bars, front and rear bumpers and more creature comforts.
4
Basically been upgraded to a 350 level. One of those bunnies will set you back 100 grand plus. If he gets this running for under 50k then he is beyond golden.
4
Chicken guts and mystery meat. Yum

@Rambogner Tartan paint is on the shelf in the basement next to the striped paint.

Does that "feature" really save fuel or is it way to skew lab results? Has anyone run a real world test on fuel milage with it on versus off?
3
Won't drop that until the scale is in sight!
3
With the 400 block and a little stroking and boring you can have a SB 427. If more is better then too much is just about right.
3
Works for some people. Burn an expensive piece of beef and pour catsup on it.
3
The realy bummer thing was after the Kia flipped and crashed the truck tire rolled up and hit it for the final humiliation.
3
If you are not used to it having a car on a dolly towing behind you is kinda spooky.
3
@dandaman4985 No point in paying for improvements on a rental unless the owner ponies up the money. Maybe chip in the labor to install.
3
If buying a used car have a shop run the scanner. The true milage is locked into the computer.
3
@russellstyles5381Â Yes, thanks. My spelling is going bad.
3
Laid out on the side of the road and changed out a fuel pump on '78 big block Suburban. Took 15 mins.
3
Tech with a special tool and the trans mounted in a fixture after having done the fiftieth trans that day says thats not hard.
3
The thread is a direction that will tighten up as it runs.

Squatch 253 just finished rebuilding a D2 engine and the pony motor. He has spent months on this project, finding all the correct parts, machining the bearing boss on the pony motor and a bunch of other things. Anyway, just released the video of the first start of both the pony motor and then the Diesel. Two completely overhauled engines to start at the same time. Talk about nervous. Chech his channel out.

Worked third shift for many years and when a weekend came I would try to stay up to have family time. When you get to the 6 to 40 hour state nothing seems real. Everything has a fuzzy edge to it. Very bad feeling.
3
The whole object of that "feature" is to pad up the numbers in a very small way during certification. In the real world there is a small gain in mpg at the cost of more irritation. And who needs more?

My fa voice essential oil is Bacon

And the third time the computer locks up, the laser begins to communicate with Alpha Centari and the servos will begin to act like helicopter rotors. You will have to call the manufacturer for repairs and they will not have the one technician that knows what it is will not be available for the foreseeable future rhat time being about 2 minutes after the warranty lapses.
3
That's what gantry cranes were invented for.
3
Except for screwdrivers, those are chisels.😂
3
Rear drums contribute plenty of stopping power along with front discs. But they are more complex than discs so I don't know why manufacturers held onto them so long.

Bought a 2007 Toyota Solara off my neighbor for a reasonable price. It's in pretty good shape, doesn't look like 18 years old. I went through the chassis not because anything was bad but because I had some time. Have done everything but front wheel bearings and lower control arms. 150k miles, drives better than new and oil changes at 500 miles. Oil comes out nearly as clean as when it went in. I've got a really decent car for about 20% of new. By the way it's the 3.3 V6 so it is probably going to carry me to my funeral.

Subs, views and. Moments all count be they fans or trolls. So ignore trolls unless they have their own channels to portray how they do things. Takes a lot of courage to lay your life out in front of the world.

It helps when the bed of trailer tilts really helps to reduce the hump in the middle.
3
@bradhaines3142 You forgot removing the back bumper.
3
@chubbysumo2230 Had one in my 1994 Burb. Replaced radiator and replacement had a pinhole leak in tank so that was fun. I love my job so much I do it twice
3
@jerryhatrick5860 Usually the different colors mean different fluids. Blue is typically DOT5 which is silicone based. Not to be used in DOT3 or 4.
3
Doesn't belong to him.
3
They used pins because do you know how much it costs to run another cycle on a machining center to buzz a keyway in there? Oh heavens the agony of investing a couple of dollars to avoid catastrophic failure.
3
Why would they put door locks on an open tube door🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

@forgetfulme1719 Wants to expand it not melt it into a puddle.

33 years in printing at a Magazine, Catalog plant. Thousands of screaming crush points. You learn to leave things off that can get grabbed. When the machine has 2 200 horsepower motors driving printing units it doesn't even care if you are stuck in it.
3
Beamed an Anti-Gravity unit down from the Enterprise. Piece of cake.
3
Very much like the one big nut that holds the rotor on a helicopter.
3
The coolest looking headers were used by Lotus (lots of trouble usually serious) in their racers. They were used on a hot v engine. They were called " nest of snakes" . I couldn't imagine how long it took to bend and weave lay that pipe into that sculpture.
3
The Wife Unit is going to have to qualify as a Flight Engineer on a B36 to be able to monitor all the subsystems. Just think 6 turning and 4 burning.
3
Unfortunately there is always one that will abuse their neighbors goodwill to the point that everyone will have to get a 25 foot ladder.
3
Brake micrometers use points on both sides to account for grooving. Using one of those may show even thinner rotors.
3
In the rust world those inverted spring plates hold dirt and water and do a good job of rusting the u-bolts through right where you cannot see it until it snaps.
