  1. Same here . I have compared prices on the stuff I buy and Amagroan is always higher plus you pay for shipping (paying for Amagroan Plus just means you are prepaying).

  2. Check local fire codes. Commercial buildings may have a requirement that exterior doors open outward for escape. Still could use door closer. But door probably pays for itself in comments.
